Option B
Wine tasting and finger food
Wine tasting with 5 wines DOC Campania: spumante, two white wines and two red wines, and finger food.
Option C
Fish dinner and tasting
Dinner plus wine tasting with 3 wines DOC Campania: spumante, two white wines and limoncello. Basic fish menu: appetizer, first course, main course, dessert.
For this option we provide qualified personnel: 2 chefs and 2 waiters.
Option D
Meat dinner and tasting
Dinner plus wine tasting with 3 wines DOC Campania: spumante, two red wines and limoncello. Meat basic menu: appetizer, first course, main course, dessert.
For this option we provide qualified personnel: 2 chefs and 2 waiters.
Option E
Mixed dinner and tasting
Dinner plus wine tasting with 3 wines DOC Campania: spumante, two white wines, two red and limoncello. Mixed menu: mixed appetizer with fish and meat, first course with fish base, main course with meat base, dessert.
For this option we provide qualified personnel: 2 chefs and 2 waiters.
